Since you’ve already used all your skill points, it’s time to think about resetting some of them to get the best out of the Paragon Board. You should also keep in mind that you’ll need to start farming Nightmare Dungeons and World Bosses to get Unique Items and Legendary Aspects.

During Season 4: Loot Reborn is the first time in a while where we’ve seen Barbarians drop a little in terms of the strongest builds. Necromancer is showing its teeth now as one of the best builds from early to endgame, particularly Summoner Necros.
Best Diablo 4 builds for solo endgame
If you want to finish Diablo 4 solo, these builds will surely help you the most:
Tier | Diablo 4 build |

If you choose to play Diablo 4 Season 4 solo, you’ll need to make sure to have a character build that has quick mobility, resource efficiency, and high damage output.
Some of the builds with the greatest damage of Diablo 4 aren’t suited for a solo endgame. Having said that, the builds in tiers C and D can excel in team play, but you might struggle by relying on them for solo play.
We don’t recommend using any Sorcerer build apart from Ball Lightning Sorcerer, Blizzard Sorcerer, Arc Lash Sorcerer, or Ice Shards Sorcerer because the damage output will be significantly lower. Lower-tier sorcerers can be more squishy when playing solo, so it’s better to stick to S and A builds.
Best Diablo 4 builds for Nightmare Dungeons
In the table below, we’ve ranked several Diablo 4 builds solely based on their performance in Nightmare Dungeons, which are arguably the hardest content in the game:
Tier | Diablo 4 build |
---|---|
S | – Upheaval Barbarian, Dust Devil Barbarian – Lightning Storm Werewolf Druid, Tornado Werewolf Druid – Bone Spear Necromancer – Ball Lightning Sorcerer, Arc Lash Sorcerer |
A | – Whirlwind Barbarian, Thorns Barbarian – Storm Wolf Druid, Shred Tornado Druid, Storm Claw Druid – Infinimist/Exploding Shadow Necromancer, Sever Shadow Necromancer – Penetrating Shot Rogue, Barrage Rogue – Blizzard Sorcerer, Ice Shards Sorcerer, Firewall Sorcerer |
B | – Frenzy Barbarian, Death Blow Barbarian – Werebomber Druid, Earth Bear Landslide Druid – Blood Lance Necromancer, Blood Surge Necromancer, Blight Shadow Necromancer – Chain Lighting Sorcerer, Fireball Sorcerer, – Twisting Blades Rogue |
C | – Leap Quake Barbarian – Wolf Companion Druid – Poison Trap Rogue – Charged Bolts Sorcerer |
Nightmare Dungeons in Diablo 4 are exactly how they sound. You’ll be frequently targeted by crowd-controlling attacks, and debuffs will play a major role in reducing your health. At the same time, the enemy quality and quantity are much higher, due to which you cannot survive without high AoE damage.
The best endgame builds usually work fine in Nightmare Dungeons as well, but there are some exceptions.
