EA College Football 25 release date
EA College Football 25 will be released on July 19, as confirmed by EA Sports. However, there is a way to play this new EA title up to three days before its launch through an early access benefit.

Fans who can’t wait until July 19 can play EA College Football 25 up to three days before its release by pre-ordering the Deluxe edition of the game.
In addition to securing some exclusive in-game bonuses, players will be able to access EA College Football 25 starting from July 16.
All EA College Football 25 editions
EA College Football 25 has two editions: Standard and Deluxe.
The Standard edition costs $69.99/£69.99 and includes the base game. On the other hand, the Deluxe edition costs $99.99/£99.99 and, in addition to the base game, offers 3-day early access and multiple in-game bonuses to give you an edge in all the available game modes.

Quinn Ewers, Donovan Edwards, and Travis Hunter are the cover athletes for EA College Football 25, featured on both the Standard and Deluxe editions.
EA College Football 25 platforms
EA College Football 25 will only be available on PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S. EA Sports confirmed this after revealing the cover and all editions of the game. Consequently, players on last-gen consoles and PCs will have to wait for a potential update to enjoy NCAA football once again.
Will EA Colege Football 25 have crossplay?
Yes, the devs confirmed that EA College Football 25 will have the crossplay feature, allowing players on PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S to compete against each other. This feature is enabled by default in all online game modes of EA College Football 25.
However, players can choose to disable this feature. You can disable the crossplay feature in different ways depending on your console.
On Xbox Series X|S, it must be done through the console system settings.
- Press the Xbox Button on your controller
- Go ahead to “Profile & System” and select “Settings“
- Then follow this route in the “General” tab: “Online safety & family” > “Privacy & online safety” > “Xbox Privacy” > “View details & customize” > “Communication & multiplayer“
- Under the “You can join cross-network play” you can switch from “Allow” to “Block“
- And that’s all you need to do to disable the crossplay feature in Xbox Series X|S
On PlayStation 5, players can opt out of crossplay through the in-game settings. Once the game comes out we’ll make sure to update how to disable the crossplay feature in PlayStation 5.
EA College Football 25 game modes
EA Sports confirmed that EA College Football 25 will have four game modes: Dynasty, Road to Glory, Ultimate Team, and Road to the College Football Playoffs. Here’s what each of them will be about:
- Dynasty: The traditional Manager Mode. Create a coach and build a powerhouse college football program from scratch. Hire your coaching staff, recruit top talent, and watch your program ascend to the sport’s pantheon.
- Road to Glory: The traditional Career Mode. You can create a player and take home the Heisman as you build an unforgettable college football legacy.
- College Football Ultimate Team: Build your dream team of college football stars and legends, and test your squad and skills against other players in College Football Ultimate Tem Champs and Champs Gauntlet.
- Road to the College Football Playoff: Represent your favorite team, climb the poll by defeating the toughest opponents, and compete for the National Championship.
EA SportsCollege Football 25 licenses
FOS posted the description of EA College Football 25 on the PlayStation Store, confirming that there will be 134 schools in the game. This also means that all regional and national championships of the NCAA are expected to be in the game.
Regarding the players, EA Sports confirmed on the game’s X account that over 10,000 athletes are officially in the game, giving an idea of the magnitude of the database that EA College Football 25 will have.

As of now, EA have only released two trailers for EA College Football 25. The Official Teaser confirmed the game’s arrival, and the Official Reveal gave us a small preview of the game ahead of its launch on July 19.
