Originally, you had to head to the code redemption kiosk on the Adoption Island to redeem Roblox Adopt Me codes. Here’s a step-by-step guide on how to do it:

1. Launch Adopt Me and go to the Adoption Island.
2. Find the Courthouse by crossing the Red Steel Bridge.
3. Head to the code redemption kiosk next to Agent Ruhi.
4. Enter a code and hit Redeem.

The move to remove the option to redeem codes is not permanent and there’s a chance it may return in the near future.
