Who is Jinhsi in Wuthering Waves? Everything we know

Kuro Games have confirmed a new playable character for Wuthering Waves, Jinhsi, and here is everything we know about her, including her details on when she could arrive. 

So far, Wuthering Waves has confirmed 17 characters that’ll be available when the game launches in version 1.0. Of course, like any other gacha game, more will be joining the roster post-launch and one of them is Jinhsi.

Jinhsi backstory in Wuthering Waves

Jinhsi in Wuthering Waves is the Magistrate of Jinzhou city. She is guarded by the visionless “silent protector,” Sanhua, and bears a heavy burden of all the responsibility that comes with the noble post.

That’s as much as we know about Jinhsi. Because Jinzhou is one of the starting places you’ll visit, and being a Megistrate, Jinhsi will no doubt play an important role in the earlier few versions of Wuthering Waves.

When will Jinhsi arrive in Wuthering Waves?

Kuro Games have not confirmed the release date for Jinhsi in Wuthering Waves. However, she’ll likely arrive in version 1.1.

That’s because only three limited banner characters have been confirmed — Jiyan, Yinlin, and Jinhsi. With Jiyan and Yinlin almost certain to be part of 1.0, Jinhsi will be next in line.

While Kuro Games have yet to confirm, Jinhsi’s weapon in Wuthering Waves is likely a Broadblade, while her element is speculated to be Spectro. 

Her weapon is more or less confirmed thanks to multiple promotional artwork by Kuro Games, her attribute is speculated by the community based on her closed beta cutscenes.
