To complete One Shot, One Kill in Gray Zone Warfare, take on the enemy commander in Hunter’s Paradise, specifically in the Firing Lanes region. Unlike the commander at Fort Narith HQ, this boss spawns in this region at all times so you shouldn’t have any problems finding him.

To recognize the commander, pinpoint any enemy with Aviators, alongside a BCap, Razor ear protection, a TMR vest, and a Mos 590 shotgun. Once you have found your guy, just kill him and take all that you need. Keep in mind that this area is filled with enemies, so make sure to pack some ammo and meds before heading out.

You can find the boss in Gray Zone Warfare, in Hunter’s Paradise, at coordinates 160 168, in the Firing Lanes region. Make sure that you have a direct shot at him and kill him as quickly as possible as he has a Mos 590 which will deal heavy damage if you get hit.

Once you have killed him, the quest will automatically be completed and you can get your rewards from Handshake.
