Toy soldiers from Hypercharge Unboxed

Hypercharge: Unboxed is all about defending your Hypercores from other toys, so here’s everything you need to know to beat every wave of enemies.

Hypercharge: Unboxed challenges players to fight as toys and survive every match to get medals and rewards to improve their defenses. If you just started playing, and you’re wondering what to expect from your enemies, we’ve got you covered.

Here’s everything you need to know about Hypercharge: Unboxed waves including the best defense and attack buildables you can get to stop them.

Hypercharge: Unboxed – Waves explained

In Hypercharge: Unboxed, you can choose to fight off waves of toys that are looking to destroy your active Hypercores. If you’re playing in the Normal difficulty, each map will challenge you to resist up to six waves.

Players will have five minutes to explore the map and look for any resource that can help them hold off every wave. The main thing to find will be Batteries, which are used to activate the Hypercores and power up their shields and turrets.

You’ll also have time to look for Credits, Packs of Credits, Secret Collectibles, Weapons, and weapons parts that are scattered in the location, and which will spawn after each wave finishes. Credits will let you build different defenses that will help you trap and eliminate any enemies that appear on the map.

If you’ve finished building, and you don’t want to pick up anything else, you can skip the Build Mode to start with the wave. After it finishes, you’ll get an extra 5 minutes to set your defenses again, replace the Hypercores’ Battery in case they were depleted, and look for any consumable to heal yourself.
