To complete the When A Tree Falls task in Gray Zone Warfare, head to the Sawmill and look for Malo Kethavongsa’s body. The missing person failed to survive after being left behind during the evacuation efforts and his body can be found at the Sawmill.

You can find Malo Kethavongsa’s body in Gray Zone Warfare underneath a wood beam surrounded by other stacks of wood at the Sawmill. The map coordinates for the location are 138 143.

Approach the body and press F to confirm the identity which will complete the task objective. Remember that the Sawmill is packed with enemies so you’ll have to proceed with caution.

To complete the task, just report back to Artisan at base camp.
