All EA FC 25 leagues confirmed so far
All of the major leagues that appeared in last year’s game are set to return in EA FC 25, including the Premier League, LaLiga, Bundesliga, and more. This means you’ll still be able to enjoy fully licensed versions of virtually every team from Europe’s most popular divisions in both Career Mode and Ultimate Team.
The English top flight agreed a multi-year contract with EA Sports before FC 24 launched, while the rest of the EFL signed up for an additional five years as an official partner back in April 2024.
Elsewhere in Europe, the German Bundesliga penned a deal in January that guaranteed their inclusion in the series until at least 2027. Meanwhile, LaLiga is just halfway through a 10-year agreement struck all the way back in 2020.
The future of Ligue 1 is less clear, but given that it’s featured in every EA Sports title in recent memory, it’s extremely unlikely that it won’t return.
So, while there haven’t been any announcements about new or removed leagues in EA FC 25, fans can rest assured that all of the main players will be present.
All team changes in EA FC 25 so far
The only team change confirmed for EA FC 25 is that Italian giants Inter Milan won’t be licensed in the new title. This is due to an agreement struck with Konami in 2022 that will give them exclusive rights to use the Serie A champions’ name, kit, and crest in eFootball from July 2024.
Although EA Sports often have deals with specific leagues, the arrangements often allow individual clubs to work out their own deals. This is something that fellow Italian clubs Lazio, Atalanta, Napoli, and AS Roma have all done in the past.
So, much like the other teams mentioned, Inter Milan will be replaced by a custom-made team across all modes in EA FC 25, featuring the same squad of players but with a different name and logo.
All new stadiums in EA FC 25 so far
The full slate of new stadiums in EA FC 25 is yet to be revealed, but we already know that Portman Road Stadium, home of Ipswich Town, will be introduced for the first time. Part of the developer’s partnership with the Premier League allows them to include all 20 teams’ stadiums, so confirmation of The Tractor Boys’ promotion from the Championship guaranteed their home ground will appear.
EA Sports usually like to throw a handful of new stadiums into the mix with each release, so we’ll have to wait and see if any more get added to the roster.
That was everything we know about the licensed leagues, teams, and stadiums in EA FC 25 so far. We’ll be sure to update this page with any more changes, as well as the final confirmed roster, once we know more.
