The Voice in the Night will require you to get your Honor Rank up and kill the final boss of the season. Here’s everything you need to know to complete Diablo 4 Season 4 questline.

Diablo 4 Season 4 questline has five missions you’ll need to complete before facing the season’s final boss. The last quest is called The Voice in the Night, and will make you help the Captain of the Iron Wolves to avenge her fellow warriors.

Here’s what you need to know to complete this mission in Diablo 4 Season of Loot Reborn.

How to complete The Voice in the Night in Diablo 4 Season 4

Here are the steps you’ll need to follow to complete “The Voice in the Night” quest in Diablo 4 Season of Loot Reborn:

  1. Reach Honor Rank 9.
  2. Talk to Soudeh The Anvil at the Iron Wolves Encampment.
  3. Head to the Low Desert in Kehjistan and go to the Necrotic Tomb.
  4. Slay all demons and find Exsari, the Blood Maiden.
  5. Defeat Exsari.
  6. Head back to the Iron Wolves Encampment in Kehjistan and talk to Soudeh.

To get “The Voice in the Night” quest in Diablo 4 Season 4 questline, you’ll first need to reach the Honor Rank 9 with the Iron Wolves. To do so, go straight to any Helltide event and focus on eliminating Elites and the Hellborn spawn that will appear after maxing out your Threat level. You can also open Mystery Chests that you’ll find scattered on the map.

After reaching the Honor Rank 9, look for Soudeh The Anvil. You’ll be able to find her at Iron Wolves Encampment in Kehjistan, right after you complete the quest “A Gift of Robes”.

Soudeh will ask you to meet her at Low Desert, in the northeast of Gea Kul (Kehjistan). When you travel there, you’ll need to go with her to the Necrotic Tomb. You’ll encounter a lot of minor demons and other enemies there, which you’ll need to slay before getting to the final boss.

Exsari will spawn Helltide Disciples that you’ll need to slay quickly before facing her.

At the end of the Necrotic Tomb, you’ll find Exsari, the Blood Maiden. Before getting to her fight, you’ll have to kill all her Disciples. Keep in mind that this boss can summon Helltide Elites, so you’re up for a tough fight.

After defeating Exsari, head back to the Iron Wolves Encampment in Kehjistan and talk to Soudeh to complete the Seasonal questline.

How to beat Exsari The Blood Maiden in Diablo 4 Season 4

Exsari The Blood Maiden is very similar to most Blood Maidens you’ll find during Helltides in Diablo 4 Season 4. She’ll first summon three Mother’s Disciples, who’ll deal Fire and Lightning damage and try to use Crowd Control skills to limit your movement.

After you kill these Disciples, you’ll face Exsari head to head. Keep in mind that when a quarter of her health bar falls, she’ll fly up in the air, spawn Elite demons, and you won’t be able to target her until she lands.

Exsari usually uses her AoE skills which can be easily dodged, but you’ll need to avoid getting trapped as you’ll face her in a rather small environment. The best way to defeat her is by quickly killing any Disciples she summons, and fighting her up close to avoid her ranged attacks.

Diablo 4 Season 4: The Voice in the Night rewards

After killing Exasari, you’ll get the Blood Maiden’s Mantle to unlock a Mount Trophy, a Salvage Cache, and a Legendary Item.

If you managed to kill the boss and complete the quest, you would also have successfully completed Season of Loot Reborn’s questline.
